Top View Bed and Breakfast is your home away from home. Located in Hokitika the heart of Westland, New Zealand, we pride ourselves on providing all the comforts of home, clean comfortable beds and a place to relax and recharge your batteries.

Take the time to enjoy the amazing views from our upstairs lounge which also houses the breakfast room. On clear days you can enjoy the Southern Alps which are twice as majestic in the winter when covered in snow. Mounts Cook and Tasman, to the south, look remarkably close and to the west you can see the ever changing Tasman Sea.
